COMMUNITY CAR MEETS & STATIC DISPLAYS
This standing notice sets out participation conditions for community car meets and static displays. It is not an announcement of a scheduled event. Separately authorised motorsport activities require their own event-specific safety conditions.

VEHICLE & INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must hold the appropriate licence and ensure their vehicles comply with applicable registration and insurance laws.

Drivers remain responsible for their own conduct and any loss or damage for which they are legally liable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser and associated parties exclude liability where it may lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this notice removes legal rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Anyone breaching event safety rules may be refused participation, directed to leave where lawful and banned from future events.
Serious incidents may be reported to police.
NO BURNOUTS. NO SKIDS. NO TAKEOVERS. NO EXCUSES.
