Your enquiry stays private.
We collect your contact details, vehicle requirements, budget target, destination and case messages to respond to your enquiry and manage the sourcing process. Your requirements may be shared with our Japan sourcing partners. The owner can copy a vehicle brief which excludes your name, email and phone.
Your case is stored in Modified Mafia’s database. It is not published as a community build and does not automatically enter a separate Lucid dashboard. Your draft is saved in this browser until you submit it or select Clear draft. An interrupted submission remains on this device so you can safely retry it.
Your private link
Anyone with your private access link can read and update your case. It is access by possession of the link, not verification of your email identity. Keep it private. Links expire after 90 days; Modified Mafia can revoke or replace them. Private case information is not cached for offline access.
Notifications and records
When email is connected, notifications are sent through our email delivery provider. Your case page is the current record; email delivery is not guaranteed. We retain case history to manage your enquiry and transaction. Contact us to request access, correction or removal, or to discuss any records that need to be retained for an active transaction.
